After logging-in, Platinum and VIP traders can enjoy this special service online. Our Dealing Room experts are available to chat with our traders, execute their trades on a tighter spread and assist with market information.

If you are a Mini or Gold account trader, and you wish to upgrade your account, please contact your ASM (Account Service Manager) in order to examine the requirements for doing so.

Just to remind you, the general CHAT service (its link-icon appears on the homepage) is available to all our registered traders.
