Overall responsibility for the company’s client base in all sales aspects (generating and retaining clients, as well as following up on client issues), customer service and administration generated by sales activity.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
Handling new client leads (first contact) daily
Continued follow up on contacts with prospects as clients
Effectively handle the existing client base (general customer service assistance and dealing with issues and complaints)
Always update the client database to ensure accurate client information and contact details
Special Requirements (equipment used, external contacts etc)
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Networking skills
Languages: English and additional language is an advantage (e.g. Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, Hebrew, French, German, Portuguese)
Education, Qualifications and Training
Essential:
Associate Diploma/ HND or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant)
Excellent Computer training - Microsoft Office (Intermediate Level)
Languages: English is a must with at least one more language
Desirable
Degree or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant)
Sales Techniques training advantageous
Experience
Essential:
1-2 year experience in an office environment preferably with customer focus elements
