Corporate Legal Advisor - Cyprus

Overall Purpose of Role:

To provide analysis and counsel on legal, policy. Anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company. Develop and recommend company policy and position on various legal issues.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

Leader Ship and Strategic Characteristics

  • Provide analysis and counsel on legal, policy issues to include proposed new products, protecting intellectual property, financial structuring, nondisclosure agreements, outsourcing agreements and some licensing and compliance issues
  • Anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the company
  • Prepare legal pleadings, motions, discovery, stipulations etc
  • Write, review and edit reports, opinions, correspondence, articles and other documents
  • Write and administer vendor, client, business partners and employment contracts
  • Develop and recommend operating policy and procedural improvements
  • Provide legal counsel on issues arising from actual or anticipated lawsuits
  • To act as the company's legal secretary as and when required
  • Other duties as assigned

Special Requirements (Equipment Used, External Contacts etc):

Essential:

  • Member of the Cyprus Bar Association
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Other Features of Job (travel, hours of work, working conditions etc):

Essential:

  • 0900 - 1700 Monday to Friday, Role of Trust which, may include overtime/weekends as part of the job
  • On call as and when required.

Education, Qualifications and Training

Essential:

  • Law Degree from an accredited law school
  • Knowledge of Cyprus and EU legislation
  • Excellent Computer skills - Microsoft Office (Intermediate Level)

Experience

Essential:

  • At least 2 years experience in general corporate law preferably within a financial organization

  • Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Very good time management and organizational skills
  • Business Writing skills (letters, reports, contracts etc)

Overall Purpose of Role:

Directly responsible for quoting prices and offering up to date, accurate information to clients wishing to trade

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • To service clients with regards to their trading needs
  • To update market information on the EF trading Platform
  • Company Dealing System Maintenance
  • To assist clients with queries regarding trading
  • Internal services: To provide market information to sales and other colleagues

Education, Qualifications and Training

Essential:

  • BSc degree in Finance or Economics (related experience could overcome the need for this)

CRM Administrator - Cyprus

Overall Purpose of Role:

Overall responsible for providing administrative support within the CRM (Customer Relations Management) team, pertaining to clients and client leads.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • To update and confirm client contact details on an ongoing basis resulting in an accurate client database
  • Lead registration through various sources
  • General Lead & Client approach
  • Responsible for sending introductory communication to leads and clients
  • Structured periodic communication (e-mail, phone call) to leads and clients ensuring continues contact and good customer service.
  • Ongoing promotional activity (e-mail, phone call) regarding special offers for either active or non active clients
  • Various other duties as and when required

Education, Qualifications and Training

Essential:

  • Associate Diploma/ HND or equivalent (Business, Finance, Economics or other relevant)
  • Excellent Computer training - Microsoft Office (Intermediate Level)
  • Languages: English

Experience

Essential:

  • 1-2 year experience in an office environment preferably with customer focus elements
