Easy-Forex™ is currently seeking a talented Operations and Marketing Statistician. We are looking for those experienced in web-platforms operations (such as in banking, insurance, industrial or commerce), having the applicable statistical analysis skills to perform the following skills for our headquarters managerial and marketing teams:

• Develop and maintain customer segmentation predictive models and profiles;
• Analyze data and make recommendations to improve results, focusing on key marketing metrics;
• Develop predictive models for key customer groups to improve customer retention;
• Undertake detailed analysis of, and develop statistical and analytical forecasting reports for all our financial and operational forecast data;
• Collect user requirements for statistical analyses from all HQ departments and/or subsidiaries and translate these into IT programming instructions;
• Build queries, models and reports, using SAS and other relevant applications;
• Work closely with various headquarters departments.

We are looking for candidates with AT LEAST the following experience:

• We would certainly prefer an advanced degree (Masters is ideal), however we require at least a 4 year degree in statistics, marketing, accounting or economics; MBA or MS in applied quantitative or statistical methods is ideal.
• 2 or more years of experience in a web-marketing environment would be a great advantage;
• Experience in the financial services industry is strongly preferred;
• A complete knowledge of descriptive and multivariate statistical analysis techniques and applications, database analysis tools and techniques;
• Strongly prefer candidates experienced with geo-spatial analyses or geographic information systems (GIS) as well as SPSS, SAS, or other statistical application along with some background in linear and logistic regression analysis;
• Perfect oral and written English – a must;
• Teamwork skills essential; sense of humor preferred.
